State Court Traffic Records
For State Court citation questions, the official State Court traffic tickets page lists (478) 310-4726 and Solicitor-General@maconbibb.us. The Solicitor-General traffic citation page also says to contact (478) 621-6200 for paying citations written for Bibb State Court. State Court's docket search may show citation-related data, including an old case number or citation number in the charge section, but the court warns that online calendar or docket information is informational and is not the official court record.

Municipal Traffic Records
Municipal Court handles a broad set of Macon-Bibb citations, including traffic, parking, code, environmental, ordinance, and certain misdemeanor state-law violations. The official payment page says payable fines can be paid in person, by mail, or online through nCourt. In-person payments are accepted by cash, certified check, money order, Visa, MasterCard, or Discover. Certified checks and money orders should be payable to MACON-BIBB MUNICIPAL COURT. Cash should not be sent by mail.

Pay or Contest Tickets
Paying a citation can close a payable case, but it may also act as a guilty disposition if the court treats payment that way. To contest a Bibb County traffic ticket, do not pay first unless the court confirms payment will not waive the challenge. Appear on the court date or contact the correct clerk or solicitor before the date if a reset, plea option, or compliance path may be available. Bibb Ticket Scam Warning
Bibb State Court has a current fraud warning tied to traffic payments. Georgia DDS and Bibb State Court identified a fraudulent text-message scam claiming unpaid tickets will result in license suspensions and directing people to pay through a fake website. State Court says the messages are not legitimate DDS or Bibb State Court communications. Do not click links or provide personal information from an unsolicited text about a Bibb ticket.
The safer route is to use the bottom half of the citation to identify the court, then use official Macon-Bibb, State Court, Municipal Court, Park Macon, or DDS links. If the message mentions a suspension, independently check the court and the official DDS failure-to-appear page rather than using the link in the message.
Bibb Traffic Fees
Traffic fines vary by charge, zone, and court. Municipal Court publishes examples that show both regular and enhanced amounts for some speeding categories. State Court copy and certification fees apply when requesting documents from that court, and payment in full is required before clerk information or documents are released. Driver record costs are handled by Georgia DDS and are separate from court fine or copy fees.

Park Macon Citations
Parking citations have a separate Park Macon channel. Park Macon is operated by the Macon-Bibb County Urban Development Authority for downtown parking. Its citation page allows online payments through GTechna, office kiosk payments, and mail payments by check or money order to Park Macon, 517B Cherry St, Macon, GA 31201. Do not mail cash. Appeals are filed through GTechna or the office kiosk, not by phone or email.

Court Records vs DDS MVR
A Bibb County traffic court record is the court's case or citation file. A Georgia DDS motor vehicle report is the state driver-history record. The court record can show the local citation, charge, court date, plea, disposition, fine, FTA, warrant status, and compliance. The DDS MVR can show license history, convictions reported to DDS, points, suspensions, revocations, and driver-record status. One can affect the other, but they are not the same file.
