Why We Built This Site
Georgia gives the public broad access to many court and agency records, but Bibb County uses separate channels by court class. The Clerk of Superior Court handles Superior Court civil, criminal, divorce, and real-estate records. State Court, Civil and Magistrate Court, Probate Court, Municipal Court, and Juvenile Court each maintain separate clerk or court contact paths. The Bibb County Sheriff's Office manages jail custody information and sheriff open-records requests. - We cannot guarantee that every phone number, fee, or address listed on this site is current right now
Only the issuing court or government office can provide a certified copy with an official seal. We can point you to the right office, but the document has to come from them.
